Refund policy
We want you to love your Shorebird products just as much as we do so we offer a 30-day return and refund policy for all of our products purchased directly from Shorebird, as well as exchanges. If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, we’ll get you setup with a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt (purchase of gift cards are non-refundable). Please note, that customers will be responsible for return shipping costs unless you sign up for Checkout+ by Onward which provides free return shipping as one of the perks (as well as 5% Cash Back, Delivery Protection, among others).
All product returns must be shipped back in their original form of packaging and include all tags attached, accessories, and be in original condition to be eligible for a refund. Returns are refunded to the original payment method used during purchase. In addition, Shorebird reserves the right to not issue a refund or exchange if the return is missing components, accessories, or is not in original condition.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We are unable to accept returns on gift cards. On all other items, customers will be responsible for return shipping costs. All product returns must be shipped back in their original form of packaging and include all tags attached, accessories, and be in original condition to be eligible for a full refund.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need your order number.
