Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 24-48 hours to process your order. Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 days after order processing for in-stock items. Shipping costs vary depending on shipping destination and order details.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: International shipping is currently limited, however, please reach out to us and we will do our best to meet your order/shipping needs.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: We want you to love your Shorebird products just as much as we do so we offer a 30-day return and refund policy for all of our products purchased directly from Shorebird, as well as exchanges. If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, we’ll get you setup with a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt (purchase of gift cards are non-refundable). Please note, that customers will be responsible for return shipping costs, unless you sign up for Checkout+ by Onward which provides free return shipping as one of the perks (as well as 5% Cash Back, Delivery Protection, among others).
All product returns must be shipped back in their original form of packaging and include all tags attached, accessories, and be in original condition to be eligible for a refund. Returns are refunded to the original payment method used during purchase. In addition, Shorebird reserves the right to not issue a refund or exchange if the return is missing components, accessories, or is not in original condition.
