• Wood: FSC Certified Teak (Grade A), with added linseed oil coating to prolong natural wood color. Because wood is a natural material, each chair will have its own unique wood grain. Natural color and wood grain variation will occur. This is what makes the materials we use and the products we design both distinct and beautiful.
• Fabric: 100% Cotton Canvas (no added finishes)
• Cleat: Solid Naval Brass (best-in-class corrosion resistance)
• Hardware: Marine-grade Stainless Steel with premium Brass coating
• Rope: 100% Recycled Polyester from old fishing nets and other post-consumer plastic waste

Yes! The Shorebird Beach Chair easily folds up and lies flat. It is equipped with removable carrying straps so you can take it with you wherever you go. Simply remove the carrying straps if you'd prefer to have them not visible for use in your backyard, indoors, or by the pool.

Shorebird's proprietary, patent-pending recline system allows you to recline to the exact angles that are most comfortable to you for sun basking, bird watching, book reading, and anything in between.

We offer a 30-day return and refund policy for all of our products purchased directly from Shorebird, as well as exchanges. If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, we’ll get you setup with a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt (purchase of gift cards are non-refundable). Please note, that customers will be responsible for return shipping costs. All product returns must be shipped back in their original form of packaging and include all tags attached, accessories, and be in original condition to be eligible for a full refund. Returns are refunded to the original payment method used during purchase.
