Care
Care Instructions: To prolong the life of the chair, store inside when not in use. Allow the chair & fabric to dry completely before storing away. Store in dry, non-humid environments when not in use. Spot clean with soap and warm water and let air dry. If using/storing in humid environments or for continuous outdoor use, we highly recommend treating the fabric with a natural, non-toxic treatment. Is the chair portable?
Yes, the Shorebird Beach Chair easily folds up and lies flat. It is equipped with removable carrying straps so you can take it with you wherever you go. Simply remove the carrying straps if you'd prefer to have them not visible for use in your backyard, indoors, or by the pool.
How many angles can you recline to?
Shorebird's proprietary, patent-pending precision recline system (say that ten times fast) allows you to recline to the exact angles you're most comfortable in. Simply remove the rope from the cleat, recline to your desired position, secure the rope back into the cleat, and sit back and relax.
What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return and refund policy for all of our products purchased directly from Shorebird, as well as exchanges. If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, we’ll get you setup with a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt (purchase of gift cards are non-refundable). Please note, that customers will be responsible for return shipping costs. All product returns must be shipped back in their original form of packaging and include all tags attached, accessories, and be in original condition to be eligible for a full refund. Returns are refunded to the original payment method used during purchase. In addition, Shorebird reserves the right to not issue a refund or exchange if the return is missing components, accessories, or is not in original condition.
How much does the chair weigh?
Approximately 10.5 lbs, so you can carry with ease wherever your adventures take you.
Is the fabric removable?
Yes! Our proprietary, patent-pending performance fabric is removable for ease of customization, cleaning, and repair.
Are there armrests?
Yes! The ropes that are integral to our patent-pending precision recline system become taught when you lean back when secured in the cleat, providing very comfortable and supportive armrests.
